on velocity // our different sameness

Bueller, how right you are. 
July came and went, speeding forward in time with such momentum that I frequently forgot which month it was. Not that that’s any different from my norm.

Ahem.

Some days were surprisingly rainy and required actual socks and shoes. Other days were so astonishingly hot that my little Washington born-and-raised heart couldn’t do much more than slump into a sweaty mess directly underneath the slight breeze of the ceiling fan, secretly dreaming of Fall.

Don’t worry, I survived. And all the while, I kept my eye out for creative ways to depict Velocity…this is what I saw:
